I’m feeling moody in a good way today.  This color palette was inspired by the sunrise this morning.  Isn’t it just beautiful?  I was up at the crack of dawn, and got to see the sky just as the sun was peeking over the horizon.  It made me think of all the beautiful rooms you could do with such a deep and sexy color palette.  Here are some examples I found.Oh the drama! Casa del Herrero – House of the Blacksmith

After months of anticipation, a group of our members finally visited Casa del Herrero in Montecito. The docent-guided tour included a short video and touring of the house, gardens and the workshop.Built in 1925 for George Steedman and his wife, Casa del Herreo was designed by architect George Washington Smith in a Southern Spanish - Andalusia style.
